A double hook spine stabilization system is being analyzed as to its biomechanics response and compared to a conventional pedicle screw stabilization technique. The analysis is based on a advanced finite element modelling techniques, providing insight into the mobility and intersegmental loading of both healthy and osteoporotic lumbar spines.
