Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Biomaterials and Computational Mechanics

Despite his background in electronic engineering, Andreas current research revolves around materials for tissue engineering. More specifically, he aims to the isolation and purification extracellular vesicles from plants (using tangential flow filtration and size exclusion chromatography) and evaluate their interaction on a cellular level.
